The business side of your client's E-2 case, handled.

You handle the petition. We handle the franchise selection, due diligence, business plan and soft landing, so your clients show up to filing with a vetted, fundable, visa ready business and you keep moving cases forward.

The partner that turns "I need a qualifying business" into a vetted investment.

Since 2015, we've helped foreign investors choose, fund and operate U.S. franchises and businesses that qualify for the E-2, L-1 and EB-5. Less than 2% of the businesses we evaluate make it onto our recommended list.

01

Franchise & business matching

From a network of vetted brands and acquisitions, we match each investor to a business that fits their capital, operating profile, and immigration timeline.

02

Due diligence & business plan

We produce the financial models, source of funds support and visa ready business plan your filing needs, written to the standards your office expects.

03

Soft landing & operations

Bank account setup, lease, hiring, document collection, and the first 18 months of operations, so the case stays approvable post arrival.

Built for immigration counsel

The non legal half of an E-2, in good hands.

Immigration attorneys lose hours coaching clients on the business they should buy, chasing financials, and rewriting business plans that don't fit USCIS standards. We run that workstream end to end so you can practice law instead of consulting on franchises.

  • 1

Investment ready clients on day one

By the time the file lands on your desk, the business is selected, the funds are documented, and the business plan is written, to your specifications.

  • 2

    Faster, cleaner filings

Less back and forth with clients about "what business should I buy." Less RFE risk on the at risk and operational requirements. Predictable timelines.

  • 3

    A meaningful referral fee

You earn a substantial fee on every client that closes with us. The exact amount is shaped to your firm and case volume in our intro call.

  • 4

    Better outcomes for your client

A 95%+ approval rate, and businesses still operating at year five. Your referrals refer back. That's the long game.

Three things you get when you refer a client to us.

Concrete value, for you and the clients who already trust your firm.

$

A meaningful referral fee

Every client you send our way translates into a substantial fee for your firm. The exact figure is set together with you, based on volume and the kind of partnership we build.

The business workload, off your plate

Franchise selection, due diligence, business plan, financials, source of funds, and post arrival operations, all handled by our team. You focus on the petition.

One client, two teams in sync

We work side by side with your office to give the client the best possible experience in the shortest time, fewer rounds, fewer surprises, faster approvals.

Four steps from intro to a paid commission.

A predictable handoff, so your team and ours never duplicate work.

STEP 01

Intro & alignment

Short call with our Head of Partnerships. We map your case mix, geography, and how you'd like the handoff to feel.

STEP 02

Client referrals start

You begin sending us qualified investors. We screen capital, profile, and timeline before billing the client a dollar.

STEP 03

We work in tandem

We build the business side, you build the case. Joint calls, shared timeline, one synchronized client experience.

STEP 04

Visa approved, fee paid

Client lands in the U.S., business is operating, your referral fee is paid out. Then we keep going.

The people your clients will actually work with.

A dedicated group of immigration, franchise, and business experts who've helped 1,200+ families relocate to the U.S. since 2015.

Questions immigration attorneys ask first.

How is the partnership structured legally?
It is a straightforward referral relationship. You refer a client, we handle the business side of their case in coordination with your office, and you receive a meaningful referral fee once their visa is approved. The exact terms are agreed and put in writing before any client is referred.
What kinds of clients are a good fit?
Foreign nationals with $100K+ in liquid investable capital, a long term plan to relocate to the U.S., and a willingness to actively operate a business. Most of our cases are E-2; we also support L-1, O-1, and pathways to EB-5.
What does the business plan look like?
USCIS ready: 5 year financials, hiring plan, market analysis, source of funds support, and the operational milestones consular officers expect. We share the draft with your office before delivery to the client.
What happens if my client's case is denied?
We offer a money back guarantee on our consulting fees, applicable in the event of a second E-2 visa application denial under the conditions set in the signed Consulting Agreement. For full eligibility terms, please visit our money back guarantee page.
