The partner that turns "I need a qualifying business" into a vetted investment.

Since 2015, we've helped foreign investors choose, fund and operate U.S. franchises and businesses that qualify for the E-2, L-1 and EB-5. Less than 2% of the businesses we evaluate make it onto our recommended list.

01

Franchise search & matching

Tailored franchise search based on your client's investment range, location, preferred industries, and lifestyle goals. We provide access to a curated portfolio of vetted opportunities aligned with E-2 requirements, along with detailed reports covering investment structure and operational insights for each one.

02

Due diligence & coordination

We coordinate introductory calls with franchisors and guide clients through the brand due diligence process, including validation calls with existing franchise owners. Throughout, we coordinate directly with your office to keep the business decisions and immigration strategy aligned.

03

Optional business services

For clients who need it, we can also assist with U.S. company formation and structuring, EIN application, guidance on opening a business bank account, and preparation of a compliant business plan aligned with E-2 requirements. These services are available on request, not bundled by default.

Built for immigration counsel

Your trusted partner on the E-2 business component.

Immigration attorneys lose hours coaching clients on the business they should buy, chasing financials, and rewriting business plans that don't fit USCIS standards. We run that workstream end to end so you can practice law instead of consulting on franchises.

Depending on your setup, a referral fee may be part of the partnership. The details are worked out together on our intro call.

  • 4

    Better outcomes for your client

A 95%+ approval rate, and businesses still operating at year five. Your referrals refer back. That's the long game.

Questions immigration attorneys ask first.

Does Visa Franchise compete with attorneys?
No. We work alongside you. Our role is to handle franchise selection and business planning while you focus on the legal strategy and visa application. Where needed, we can also assist with business plan writing, LLC registration, EIN application and guidance on opening a U.S. business bank account.
Why not just use a business broker?
Our expertise is specific to franchises for E-2 visas. We know which franchise brands are E-2 compliant, and we work exclusively with pre-vetted, proven opportunities from our trusted network.
What if the client doesn't want a franchise?
We guide them transparently. If a franchise isn't the right fit for a client's profile or goals, we'll let you and them know early in the process.
What's the value for attorneys?
  • Reduced workload for faster, cleaner petitions
  • More referrals, as clients tend to recommend attorneys who made their process easier
  • Referral fees as part of the partnership
