The partner that turns "I need a qualifying business" into a vetted investment.

Since 2015, we've helped foreign investors choose, fund and operate U.S. franchises and businesses that qualify for the E-2, L-1 and EB-5. Less than 2% of the businesses we evaluate make it onto our recommended list.

01

Franchise search & matching

Tailored franchise search based on your client's investment range, location, preferred industries, and lifestyle goals. We provide access to a curated portfolio of vetted opportunities aligned with E-2 requirements, along with detailed reports covering investment structure and operational insights for each one.

02

Due diligence & coordination

We coordinate introductory calls with franchisors and guide clients through the brand due diligence process, including validation calls with existing franchise owners. Throughout, we coordinate directly with your office to keep the business decisions and immigration strategy aligned.

03

Optional business services

For clients who need it, we can also assist with U.S. company formation and structuring, EIN application, guidance on opening a business bank account, and preparation of a compliant business plan aligned with E-2 requirements. These services are available on request, not bundled by default.

Built for immigration counsel

Your trusted partner on the E-2 business component.

Immigration attorneys lose hours coaching clients on the business they should buy, chasing financials, and rewriting business plans that don't fit USCIS standards. We run that workstream end to end so you can practice law instead of consulting on franchises.

Questions referral partners ask first.

How is the partnership structured?
It is a straightforward referral relationship. You refer a client, and our team manages the business side end to end: business selection, due diligence, and the business plan. The immigration filing is prepared and submitted by an independent U.S. immigration attorney we coordinate with. You receive a meaningful referral fee once their visa is approved. The exact terms are agreed and put in writing before any client is referred.
What kinds of clients are a good fit?
Foreign nationals with $100K+ in liquid investable capital, a long-term plan to relocate to the U.S., and a willingness to actively operate a business. Most of our cases are E-2; we also support E-1, L-1, O-1, and pathways to EB-5.
What does the business plan look like?
It covers 5-year financials, a hiring plan, market analysis, source of funds support, and the operational milestones reviewers look for. It's produced by our team as part of the standard process.
