Introduction To Franchisors

• Arrange an introductory call with the businesses to see if there is a mutual initial fit
• The business will then take the lead in providing relevant information for your further review
Due Diligence Process

• Immigration attorney to review the business(s) of choice and advise the clients on whether the business(s) could be eligible for an E2 visa.
• Client manager to coordinate calls with existing franchisees/ investors of the chosen business
• Meet in-person or attend a virtual discovery day with the business
• Franchise/Corporate attorney to review the franchise's FDD as well as the franchise agreement and provide clients with legal advice.
Open Corporate Bank Account

• Once your LLC has been formed and EIN issued, you can now proceed with opening your corporate bank account
Investment Decision

• Agreement is signed with the chosen business
• Initial franchise fee (or deposit) is paid
Development Of Business

Business Open And Visa Approved
•Please be aware that at this time, the IRS is incurring significant delays in issuing employment identification numbers (EIN) to foreign nationals who currently do not possess a Social Security Number. The average wait time is currently 6 to 8 weeks and for this reason, Visa Franchise recommends you start working on this process as soon as possible. You are not able to open a corporate bank account without an EIN.
