Maria Victoria Silva –  Client Servicing & Product Development Manager

Maria Victoria Silva is the Client Servicing and Product Development Manager at Visa Franchise and is based in the Miami, Florida office. She supports the franchise vetting and analysis process at Visa Franchise and manages the client servicing team so as to ensure a prime service offering. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and French and speaks conversational Arabic and Italian.

Maria has experience in project development and analysis in both the public sector and within non-profit organizations. She has traveled to countries such as Brazil, Jordan, and China where she conducted field studies and briefing reports on development projects being implemented within their socioeconomically conflicted regions.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s in International Politics and a certificate in Latin American Studies at Georgetown University. During her time there she acquired on-the-ground experiences through internships at the Embassy of Brazil in Washington, D.C., and at the American-based NGO BrazilFoundation.
