Stemtree Franchising, LLC offers an in-person education franchise focused on core STEM subjects—science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Its model emphasizes hands-on, engaging, and personalized instruction tailored to K–12 students, aiming to enhance academic success and ignite interest in science and technology. Service offerings include: -After-school programs (with or without student pickup) -One-on-one tutoring -Educational camps -Homeschool support programs -Birthday parties and educational events Stemtree provides a curriculum-based, immersive learning experience designed to support students academically and intellectually.
Management team / founders
Stemtree was founded by Dr. Abdelghani Bellaachia, who has served as CEO since 2015. He also acts as Curriculum Director and has over 20 years of experience, including serving as an adjunct professor at George Washington University. Focus of owner for daily business operations
As a Stemtree franchisee, the owner is expected to be actively involved in operations. Primary responsibilities include: -Direct supervision of the educational center or appointing a trained “Designated Manager.” -Local marketing and promotions, including a mandatory market introduction campaign ($6,000–$8,000) and an ongoing monthly investment of 3% of gross revenues. -Staff management and ensuring compliance with all required certifications and licenses. -Client relations, maintaining communication with parents and ensuring customer satisfaction. -Curriculum implementation, using robotics kits, Chromebooks, iPads, and software sourced from approved vendors. -System compliance, including monthly reporting on revenue, enrollments, and performance. -Ongoing training and development, including participation in periodic refresher sessions and optional annual conferences.
