In addition, they provide two flexible franchise models, a Full Café (1,500-3,000 sq ft with seating for 50+ guests) and a Kiosk model (150-300 sq ft for high-traffic locations), along with comprehensive training through their OPUS platform, cutting-edge technology systems, dedicated franchise support, and ongoing marketing assistance. No prior coffee shop experience is required.
Management team / founders
Mr. Breno Donatti, Founder and CEO, immigrated to the United States from Brazil at age 18 and fell in love with the restaurant business while washing dishes at a pizza restaurant in Greenwich, Connecticut. After working in the food service industry for nearly a decade, from dishwasher to barista to various management roles, while also attending the University of Connecticut full-time, he purchased the original Winfield Delicatessen in East Norwalk on September 13, 2015, just 33 days after his first son was born. The neighborhood deli, originally established in 1925, had been through four owners and needed revitalization. Breno transformed it into Winfield Street Coffee and opened a second location just six months later. He has since grown the business to multiple locations across Connecticut, New York, and Florida. The coffee program is led by Coffee Director Caleb MacPherson, who oversees the roasting of organic beans at the company's Florida facility. Winfield Street Coffee is now expanding nationally, and franchise owners receive comprehensive training, cutting-edge operational systems, and ongoing consultation and business development support.
