Management team / founders
Paul Allen founded Woof Gang Bakery in 2007 and celebrated the company’s 10-year anniversary in 2017. Allen has worked in franchising since 1997 and currently acts as a consultant in the franchise industry, in addition to being the driving force of Woof Gang Bakery. They believe that initial training is one of the key factors that determine how well a franchisee will perform. That’s why Woof Gang Bakery has invested in a national training center in Savannah, Georgia. Their comprehensive training process will ensure that new franchisees are well educated, understand the process and are ready to run a successful store. Woof Gang’s team will work with the franchisee through virtually every aspect of their store’s start up. They also offer ongoing training, regional meetings, franchise conventions and other regular communications to ensure that franchisees have the tools and information needed to succeed.
