Each Mosquito Joe operation is an independently owned franchise offering customers reliable and effective service from a trusted community member, backed by a national network of technical expertise. Each technician is trained and certified to meet state guidelines and is always in contact with the home office to ensure timely, dependable service.

They are headquartered in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA. Their corporate office is home to an amazing team that buzzes around behind the scenes to make sure our Mosquito Joe customers and franchisees get the excellent service and support they deserve. Four Hampton Roads friends identified a local need for mosquito control services after years of having their and their community's outside enjoyment hindered by these pesky bugs. They founded Mosquito Joe to support their community so they could once again enjoy spending time with their family and friends outdoors, while also staying protected from mosquito-borne illness. Mosquito Joe began with one van and one blower and through networking and providing a quality service that filled an unmet need; the business saw significant growth year after year. In early 2012 the founders began exploring opportunities for development into a franchise model.
